Description
I had never seen anything like him and was very excited to stumble across such a stunning creature. I later learned Misumena Vatia also known as Goldenrod Crab Spider can change color from white to yellow to camouflage itself and hide from prey. It doesn't spin webs, but attacks and bites its victims instead.
